Chief Operating Officer we learn about the mission, to protect and empower our community from the harmful impacts of substance misuse.
Through prevention, education, and recovery services, Thrive addresses substance misuse and behavioral health to promote long-term wellness. By equipping individuals with the tools and support they need, we help people build resilience and confidence—creating a stronger, healthier community that’s less vulnerable to the challenges of substance misuse.

Thrive provides effective, person-centered early intervention and adolescent treatment services, fostering hope and healing. They deliver life-saving interventions and uphold the highest standards of care, combating the stigma that non-profit services lack quality. As the only agency in the area following the latest evidence-based protocols, they are accredited and offer a full continuum of care, continuously measuring and evaluating our program outcomes. Approximately 1 in 6 Americans have a substance use disorder, but only 1 in 5 will ever access the specialized treatment they need.
