Howl at the Moon!

I may be turning another year older, but it seems like a fresh start and it’s been a whole lot of fun!

Riverside Theatre has just launched a new, bi-weekly, program that encourages folks to come out singing and dancing. That’s right; it’s called Howl at the Moon. They have these great full venue throughout the U.S typically in larger cities, so imagine my delight to see one coming to Vero for the entire summer until November!

It is dueling pianos with talented musicians who can beat box and play almost any song imaginable.  Held in the same Black Box room as Comedy Zone, that occurs on the opposite weekends, Howl and the Moon provides guests with an interactive experience offering a bright backdrop and dance floor space  surrounded by a number of tables perfect for groups of any size.

My personal experience had my party in the VIP balcony area with plenty of room for dancing and our own self serve bar area equipped with wine, beer and gourmet nachos.  Being that it was my birthday, the musicians called me down and played my requested song, Tom Petty’s American Girl, while I shimmied and shaked in front of 100+ guests; what fun!  The energy and excitement as timeless classic songs billowed through the room was incredibly contagious. My entire group had a terrific experience and for just $18 per ticket; it’s an affordable evening everyone in Vero should try but reserve tickets ahead of time as seats sell out fast.  Worst case scenario, enjoy great food and outdoor live music as part of the theatre’s generous community entertainment commitment. Wow I love Vero Beach!
